Everyone experiences life differently, but we can make sense of it together. My name is Sara Kamin, and I am a Toronto-based Registered Psychotherapist providing individual and couples therapy and counselling. I provide a space in which you can talk through the challenges of life in the context of a safe relationship with a caring therapist. I approach my work as a therapist with relational and empathic listening, nonjudgmental exploration, interactive engagement, respectful challenge, and mutual, collaborative participation in the therapeutic process.
