Anujah has worked closely with individuals, couples, and families struggling with addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), chronic stress, anger management, parental guidance, and childhood trauma. While her work is anchored in CBT, she also incorporates elements of DBT, SFT, mindfulness, and attachment-based theories into her work.
