Description
I provide online or in-person psychotherapy to adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-criticism, and grief, or who need help navigating challenging personal relationships. I take a collaborative approach that incorporates evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and am EMDR-trained to help alleviate traumatic distress. I am also a Gottman-trained counsellor and provide therapy to couples seeking to improve their communication and compassion for each other.
