Description

Eleanor Clarke comes to the team with a Masters of Education in Counselling from Acadia University as well as an undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. Eleanor has past experience working in schools as well as private practice. She provides support through video or phone counselling using a trauma-informed lens to help individuals and couples navigate challenges in their life. She supports her clients using person-centered psychotherapy in a safe nonjudgmental environment with evidence based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, MI and ACT.
