Description
Have you been feeling insecure, anxious, or like you're just not yourself lately? Hi! I’m Bailey, I'm a Registered Psychotherapist and I'm ready to help you make a change! My practice is body-positive, queer-positive and anti-oppression, and I love weaving creativity and storytelling into therapy so it feels like a safe and exploratory space where you can learn more about yourself. I combine creativity with traditional therapy techniques, to help you get into the type of self-exploration that fosters change and encourages you to build confidence and authenticity in your life.

Summary
Welcome to Forest Floor Psychotherapy! We're a virtual practice offering individual therapy via video or telephone. We love the metaphor of therapy as a forest floor; a place to feel safe, grounded and calm as you explore all the tiny details that make you who you are. And I look forward to helping you decide where you want to go or what you want most from your life by walking alongside you and providing tools, tips and celebrations of your ongoing progress.
