Description

My approach to therapy is solutions-focused prioritizing a strong therapeutic relationship. I offer non-judgemental positive regard and empathetic understanding, as a clinician who draws from intimate awareness of the experience of trauma, anxiety, and narcissistic abuse. I deliver each approach based on a discussion with the client about what works for them and in context of the symptoms experienced. I work with clients at all stages of life.
