Description
Unconditional acceptance, reflexive consciousness and compassion are core components of my clinical work. I work with adults presenting with anxiety and depression, migration adjustment, life transitions (parenting), phobias and ADHD. I have significant experience in using the humanistic model as well as third wave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
