Do you wish you “felt better?” or had tools to cope, or are you wanting to feel more like yourself again? Does low mood, anxiety, or stress have you feeling stuck? Is there a part of you that is looking for support in moving forward or in making some change? Do you want to better understand how your past effects your present? My job is to support you in reaching therapy goals by helping create more self-awareness and confidence, by teaching coping methods, and paving the path to long-term change. My aim is to create a space to explore your thoughts and experiences without the outside judgment.

Summary

We built the idea for this practice around the Swedish notion of a "Fika Break" where one takes time to pause, nourish, and socialize, within their day. We live in a society that often asks us to get distracted by our past experiences, the fast-paced present, or an urgency towards future goals, and we forget to give ourselves permission to take a break for our whole selves. 

As a practice, our clinicians value patient care first - this means that your online counselling will be guided by your goals and needs.
