Description
As your therapist, I will be a trusted partner as you take steps towards your goals. I will prioritize your emotional safety, provide non-judgmental listening, offer respect and empathy while maintaining an open mind. This includes me honouring your unique needs, circumstances, values, decisions, and your humanity. In our work together, I take a holistic and integrative approach. I may use modalities such as EFT, EFIT, DBT, IFS, and SFT, tailoring the specific combination to your needs and goals.

We can help. Our team of registered psychotherapists believe building your trust is the first step to healing. We start by listening and gently exploring your story; then together we build new narratives that will enable and empower you to incorporate your past with your present in a way that permits you to start living better. When you work with us, we make it our primary mission to offer our care, empathy and knowledge to help you heal. If you’re ready to start living better, book an appointment. At Fern Creek Psychotherapy we believe you don’t need to be fixed, you need to be heard.
