Description
Welcome! I’m Gabrielle, a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. My path to becoming a therapist was deeply influenced by my own life experiences. Seeking support from professionals helped me recognize the profound impact that compassionate, skilled guidance can have during difficult times. I believe that therapy is most effective when built on a strong, trusting relationship. The therapeutic alliance—feeling understood, supported, and truly seen—is a key part of the healing process.
