Intuitive, empathic, and understanding, I am a Registered Psychotherapist and certified Clinical Supervisor. I truly believe a good therapist is compassionate and a problem solver. My aim is to help individuals, couples and families find comfort from emotional distress, and help them with the building blocks to construct the lives they want. Since I co-founded FeelBetterNow Psychotherapy & Counselling, my team of 5 trained therapists and I have provided support to people from different religions, cultures and lifestyles struggling with a variety of mental health issues.
