I utilize Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) interventions tailored to your specific needs, experiences, and goals. We will conduct the sessions at your pace, as you are the author and expert of your own story.
