Description

Genuine, non-judgemental, and empathetic by nature, I aim to work alongside you to overcome life’s most difficult struggles. My passion for psychotherapy stems from witnessing our resiliency when given the right tools and a safe place to heal.

Through an integrative framework rooted in cognitive-behavioural and humanistic therapies, I use evidence-based interventions in session to help guide you through self-discovery, recovery, and to build new perspectives.
