Description
In my work as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I draw on theoretical and practical experience to help clients navigate their way toward better mental health in a way that fits with their values and cultural identity. I take a trauma- informed approach, with the intention of creating a supportive space where clients feel safe sharing their challenges. My background includes working with adults who have mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and OCD. I use evidence-based modalities, with an emphasis on cognitive behavioural and mindfulness-based approaches.
