Karen is passionate in helping clients achieve their optimum health goals via regular massages. She strongly believes that regular massages help to keep the body and mind aligned. She aims to provide a relaxed, reviving and rejuvenated experience to all her clients. She incorporates manual stretching as part of her treatments and offers clients a range of therapeutic exercises best fitting their needs.
