Description
Hello and Bonjour! My name is Joëlle Myre. I am a registered psychotherapist through the CRPO. I am bilingual, speaking and writing in both English and French. I utilize a client-centered approach in sessions to go where the client feels is important. I can help them overcome hardships by listening attentively and providing them with helpful tools that suit them as an individual. I work with deep emotions, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, a sense of disconnection and more. Seeking change is never easy, but you do not have to do this alone. Together we can navigate this.
