Description
I am a first-generation Persian Canadian immigrant, and my therapy practice is grounded in my intersectionality and lived experiences. I can only understand my clients by considering all intersecting aspects of their identities and systemic dynamics. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from York University and a Master’s degree in counselling from the City University of Seattle. I have additional training in trauma-based approaches such as IFS, EMDR, and Gottman methods for couples. I am an avid art and travel lover. Cinema is my second passion after psychology.
