Description
As a therapist, I help clients understand their narratives in a safe and empathetic space. As a Middle Eastern woman and first-generation immigrant, I recognize the impact of cultural diversity on experiences. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma and also use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). My client-centered approach honours your strengths and background, fostering insight and meaningful change on our journey toward healing and resilience.
