I’m a culturally attuned therapist here to support clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth by meeting them where they’re at, this means, I take the time to understand who they are and what they face. I specialize in helping clients navigate through life transitions, manage low moods, regulate symptoms of anxiety, work through complex relationships, and explore self-identity through shadow work.

I work from a holistic, person-centred lens and aim to encourage clients to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviours, and work through challenging or influential memories.
