I am a registered psychotherapist who provides support and a safe space for people who want to unpack the origins of their patterns, better understand the natural emotions behind them, and explore new ways of relating to themselves and others in order to create sustainable change in their lives. My approach to psychotherapy is person-centered, warm, and flexible. I primarily integrate Compassion Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, & Mindfulness to provide a solid foundation for change. I offer virtual individual psychotherapy to Ontario residents ages 18+.
