With over twenty years of experience in the provision of mental health services, her approach is client-centred with a creative style and flexible stance to help inspire people to connect with their unique inter-connection of body, mind, and spirit. Her clinical work spans all ages and works with those in a variety of backgrounds including child and youth welfare, crisis & trauma counselling, psychotherapy, mindfulness therapy, and an additional focus on substance use disorder (SUD).
