He still works as a fitness coach and strongly encourages all clients to find a workout they love. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), he takes a Cognitive-Behavioural and Narrative approach to most mental health concerns. He has enjoyed helping others work through trauma, addiction, grief, anger management, anxiety, and depression.

We offer physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, naturopathy, traditional chinese medicine, acupuncture, nutritional support, chiropody, counselling and art therapy. In June 2022 we will be offering medically supervised weight loss, cosmetic services and more! We have ample FREE PARKING and we offer direct billing for approved insurance plans.
