My name is Vandya Puri, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). I hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Counselling Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, India. I am an individual who believes in supporting someone in their journey towards self-awareness and better mental health. I chose to become a psychotherapist because it gives me the opportunity to learn from another human being at a deeper and more conscious level.
