Sara has always been keen on helping people in pain. Currently studying for an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. Her passion is geared towards helping individuals and families achieve a state of total wellness through the holistic approach that addresses their personal development, healing, and relational difficulties. Sara is experienced in micro-skills training and life coaching. She has over 6 years of experience in individual & marriage counseling, parenting psychoeducation, and leading self-development training courses.

For the past 22 years, we have had the privilege of providing a Christian approach with adults, children, couples, and families. Striving to be directed by God every step of the way, we conduct our approach in a caring and compassionate way. Dr. Ian graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2000 with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and was fully registered as a clinical psychologist in 2002 with the Psychological Association of Manitoba.
