Description
For the past 25+ years, I have researched symptoms like depression and anxiety: how they develop from life experiences, and how to dismantle them in therapy. I will assist you in overcoming your fears, worries, low self-esteem, and stuckness; and navigating stressors at home, work and family. You will notice that you are in a safe, non-judgmental space. If you seek therapy as part of a couple, I can help you and your partner deal with issues connected to your pasts that impact you in the present, increase communication and intimacy, and provide tools for managing conflicts more effectively.

Dismantle Symptoms From Their Roots
Summary
What we’ve experienced can shape how we feel about ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we deal with stressors. I will help you overcome your fears, worries, and low self-esteem while navigating stressors at home, work, and family. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you. If you seek couples therapy, I can help you and your partner deal with issues that are impacting you, increase communication and intimacy, and provide tools for managing conflict more effectively. If present issues stem from the past and impact you (or your relationship) I can dismantle them at their roots.
