Julie has worked with clients in the mental health industry with various community and non-profit organizations since 2007 and opened her private practice in Ottawa in 2017. She has extensive experience working with children and youth (8 years old +), students, adults, and seniors. Her approach to therapy focuses on teaching strategies from cognitive-behavioural, dialectical, acceptance and commitment, compassion and solution focused, and mindfulness. She provides a comfortable and safe space to talk, challenge yourself, and develop a positive mindset.
