For over 15 years I've offered psychotherapy and counselling services to individuals, families and couples desiring self and relational understanding, and to make changes in their lives. You may be considering therapy to connect with someone non-judgmental and outside your personal support system; you are feeling uneasy or worrying about life’s situations; addiction is getting in the way of meaningful relationships and meeting life’s challenges; or you experienced a major event in your life and you are feeling overwhelmed. We can work through these challenges together.
