For a number of years now, my passion has been helping individuals find something we're all seeking for in life: peace, good health, and healing. My name is Dela and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for helping individuals like yourself learn how to regain balance by taking control of destructive and debilitating thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This includes working with individuals with a history of childhood neglect, abuse and trauma, marriage and family problems, and psychological issues.
