I am a registered psychotherapist specializing in children, parents, and families. With Over 12 years of working in children and youth mental health and being a mother myself, I can support you with your parenting needs with compassion bringing you extensive knowledge in the most complex needs ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, low self-esteem, adoption related struggles, attachment concerns, school issues, behavioral concerns, sibling conflict, and almost anything related to parenting and enhancing the wellbeing of children and their families.
