I am a compassionate, understanding, non-judgmental counsellor who believes everyone has the right to wellness and balance. I provide insurance-friendly counselling for individuals, couples, families and children. My special area of focus is in helping my clients to free themselves from their painful, traumatic pasts and to achieve personal balance and wellness as they create a fresh start in life. I am also a Logotherapist, helping my clients find meaning in life. Often, emotional and physical pain is resolved from the inside out as my clients and I work together to resolve the root cause.
