Elizabeth completed her BA in Psychology in 2002 after which she worked in health care and administration until 2007 when she began to practice psychotherapy and subsequently completed a Master’s Degree in Psychology. Her studies centered on study of the brain and behaviour, with a focus on the effect of sleep loss on emotions. Elizabeth has experience working with adolescents and adults. She uses a combination of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and Biofeedback to address stress and anxiety-related difficulties, as well as insomnia.
