In addition, he helps people with ADHD, Trauma & PTSD, Social Anxiety, and Generalized Anxiety. Courage To Be Psychotherapy provides psychotherapy services online (video call) & over the phone to individuals across Ontario. Although we do accept clients who need short-term services with stress & anxiety, most of our work with clients involves a 'deep-dive' into issues such as the following: Trauma, Chronic Pain, PTSD, ADHD, Childhood Trauma, Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). We offer free 15 minute consultations to ensure that you find a good fit.
