Description

Currently welcoming new clients!

Hello! Thanks for meeting me here! I'm an Internal Family Systems and trauma informed counsellor who has spent a lifetime supporting clients in building health & wellbeing.

In this space, you can expect to feel seen, heard, and respected. Therapy begins by examining and validating your thoughts, emotions, and experiences before identifying the areas where you want to see change. Your values and beliefs are central to therapy. My job is to help you connect with your own inner resources and support you in building a healthy relationship with yourself and others
