As a Counsellor/ Psychotherapist I can help you, your child and your family tap into your inherent strengths and uncover your true healing potential.


Whether someone is looking for support or healing with: trauma, mental health illness, grief, building connections with loved ones or more; my goal is to help people arrive at a sense of inner peace and self-acceptance.

I facilitate sessions with children as young as 5 years, teens and adults.  Parent and child interaction for children under 5, parent consultations OR family sessions are also a possibility.

We can meet with folks across Ontario using a safe and secure virtual platform.  If you are wanting to meet in person then we have offices in Norwich and Woodstock.
