I have 10+ years of experience supporting my clients as they navigate life’s challenges. I offer individual psychotherapy to persons aged 13+ I support clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, workplace stress, trauma, grief & relationship/family conflict. I am sensitive to the impact of race, culture, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity & socio-economic status on my clients I have a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counselling, am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Certified Canadian Counsellor. My services are provided virtually and I am located in Ontario, within the GTA
