Hello! My name is Lily, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I provide counselling and therapy services to adolescents(ages 16+), adults, and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, attachment issues, conflict, trauma, addiction, communication issues, and identity issues through counselling. I am formally trained in Gottman Method for Couples Therapy Level 1 which is an emotion-focused therapeutic approach to help couples in working through addiction, conflict, communication concerns, trauma, and attachment wounds.
