Description

I specialize in supporting young children (ages 10 and under), as well as their caregivers, in navigating challenges associated with anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, attachment, and parenting. My approach is both trauma-informed and collaborative in nature, encouraging caregivers to take on an active role in their child’s care. I support caregivers in building on their existing strengths and developing new skills to best support their child and enhance their relationship. I integrate play- and art-based techniques, and aspects from the Circle of Security Parenting Program.

Summary

We are a multi-disciplinary clinic (Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists) providing assessment and therapy to children, teens, adults, seniors, couples and families. Many of our clients are neurodiverse or have had some challenges in neurodevelopment (e.g., ADHD, Autism, sensory issues, fine motor issues, speech/language delays) or neurological functioning. We also help individuals with anxiety, depression, stress management, self-regulation, executive functioning, learning difficulties, and accommodations for school and work.
