Centre for Mental and Psychological Health

We are multidisciplinary team of psychotherapists, social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists. As the name implies, we provide assessment and treatments for a wide range of mental health and life problems. All our therapists are formally trained in cognitive behavioural therapy and other evidence-based therapies. However, we only offer those therapies which have published scientific evidence. We are also a training practice for licensed health professional to do placements.

Our therapists speak a range of languages including Arabic and French.
