Douglas Matear is an experienced counsellor providing Individual counselling to adults, teens, and children. He firmly believes that “clients are the experts of their own lives.” Douglas works extremely hard to create a therapeutic relationship which assists clients to thrive in their personal growth and well-being. He continually collaborates with his clients to determine the best therapeutic approach that suits his client’s needs. Douglas strongly believes “wellness is not a state of being but a state of action.” He considers it a privilege to journey alongside his clients.
