I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), certified with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I work primarily with young adults and adults (ages 19-40) experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships problems and self-esteem.
