As the owner of Circle Psychotherapy + Wellness, my intention as your psychotherapist is to provide a safe space to build connection, provide empathy, and work with you as you navigate this time. My experience as a therapist is based on a holistic approach incorporating techniques such as mindfulness, grounding skills, cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
