Description
I operate from a strengths-based, anti-oppressive, and anti-colonialist lens to offer psychotherapy that is growth-oriented and non-pathologizing. Grounded in Psychodynamic theory and drawing from such therapeutic modalities as Internal Family Systems and Emotion-Focused Therapy, my clinical orientation holds the therapeutic relationship as the key element within the change process.
