Description

I work with clients who are dealing with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and shame, always working with these issues in the context of relationship--with self, others, the world, and sometimes God.

I have a particular interest in
--supporting parent of neurodivergent children (especially ADHD and anxiety)
--spiritual abuse, religious trauma, faith shifting
--childhood/family trauma
--transition to. motherhood/parenting, the experience of motherhood

Summary

A not-for-profit charity providing counselling for individuals, couples and families since 1966. Fees are set on a sliding scale to make counselling available to as many clients as possible, and extended health plans are welcomed.
