I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, meaning I use a body-based approach to working with trauma. I place a strong emphasis on self-compassion, warmth, and understanding. Of utmost importance to me is building a strong relationship with my clients; I believe that you are the expert on you, and that change and growth are always possible. Together, we can explore patterns that make you feel “stuck,” and help you move beyond the impact of painful experiences. I will help you accept that you have always been enough. You are worthy, and not alone.

Individual psychotherapy allows you to work through both external and internal stress and discomfort alongside your therapist. Your therapist will collaboratively work with you to help increase self-understanding, self-acceptance and clarity in your life.
