Description
As a First Nations woman and mother, I am confident in providing support for other women who have similar lived experiences such as perinatal anxiety and depression, challenges surrounding Indigenous identity and intergenerational trauma, as well as addressing issues related to women’s wellness. I believe that each person is blessed with special gifts and a unique purpose through which they can positively impact the community and world around them. When we live in a harmonious and balanced way, we are able to thrive in our daily life and relationships and appreciate all that life has to offer.

Summary
The mental health and well-being of women is vital to our communities, yet there continues to be a lack of support for those issues specific to women and maternal health. As women, mothers and therapists ourselves, we recognize the gaps in care that currently exist. We are committed to providing specialized support that addresses the unique challenges within each stage of a women’s life. Our goal is to build an inclusive and equitable community where women feel empowered to find their voice, share their story, and can recognize their greatest potential.
