I am passionate about helping people function better in their most important relationships. I am committed to journeying with clients, helping them sort through the complexities that they face, and bring clarity to their situations. Summary
Cheng Kim Psychotherapy provides individual, couple and family psychotherapy services for adolescents and adults. We offer therapy by video and in-person therapy sessions out of our office in North York at Yonge / Sheppard. Our practitioners are culturally sensitive and trauma informed. We prioritize experiential approaches (such as Emotion-Focused Therapy and Focusing) but we also integrate other evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy according to the needs of the client.
