With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a medical background, she offers a holistic, client-centered approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit. Noof supports youth and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions, using CBT, ACT, mindfulness, trauma-informed practice, and EFT.
