With over 20 years of experience as a medical doctor in the Middle East, Ghada brings a unique blend of medical and therapeutic expertise and a unique perspective to her practice. Ghada employs a multimodal approach, incorporating techniques from Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, all tailored to the individual needs of her clients.
