Description

Ira works with couples who are dealing with relationship and communication issues and emotional injuries. In addition, she works with individuals with trauma, perfectionism, self-criticism, depression, anxiety, anger issues, grief, life satisfaction, and life transitions. Ira also has experience working with LGBTQ individuals and couples who are experiencing challenges in their relationships. She also has a special interest in working with parents and caregivers, helping find ways to transform their parenting challenges. She is passionate about helping others in meaningful ways.

Summary

The Centre for Psychology and Emotional Health is a well-established practice in downtown Toronto that helps people make meaningful and lasting changes. We have been providing the highest standard of evidence-based individual, couple, and family therapy since 2003. We are a team of registered psychologists, psychological associates, social workers and psychotherapists in central Toronto who use an evidence-based approach to treatment.
