I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counselor. Using an individualized approach, I work with clients to understand the issues and experiences that are causing pain, and develop a plan of care that will lead to lasting change. I offer a compassionate approach to therapy, in which every client is respected and valued.

In addition to working in private practice, my clinical work experience includes mental health settings, hospital-based treatment, addiction treatment centres for adults and youth, anxiety management programs, and a university counselling centre.
